• You consent to receiving SMS messages (including text messages), from us, our agents, representatives, affiliates, or anyone communicating on our behalf at the specific number(s) you have provided to us, with service-related information, questions about your use of the Services, and marketing information. 
• You are not required to provide this consent to purchase products or services from Shapely; however, opting out of SMS messages may impact your experience with certain services.
• We will not share your information with any third parties for marketing purposes.
• You certify, warrant, and represent that the telephone number you have provided to us is your contact number and not someone else’s.
• You represent that you are permitted to receive text messages at the telephone number you have provided to us.
• You agree to promptly alert us whenever you stop using a telephone number.
• Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages (including text messages).
• We may modify or terminate our SMS messaging services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, without liability to you. SMS message frequency varies. 
• Please be advised that SMS messages are not secured in accordance with HIPAA security standards, and we advise that you not share confidential information via SMS. For established patients of Shapely, we instead recommend that you use our HIPAA-compliant secure messaging portal Healthie, which is available via both web and mobile applications. If you elect to communicate via SMS message, personal information including protected health information may be included.
